If help is required with the software itself, that naturally falls under Technical Support, which is available to all current active support contract holders. If you need a login, call Tech Support and confirm your contract. We will be glad to provide one in short order, and that will give unlimited access to additional sections including Technical FAQ's, User Guides, software downloads and upgrades.
